TEGNA Acquires Justice Network and Quest
TEGNA is adding two new networks to its portfolio, acquiring the Justice Network, which focuses on true crime and mystery stories, and Quest, which focuses on science, history and adventure reality series. Super Bowl LIV Changes Number of Commercial Breaks
For Super Bowl LIV, the commercial breaks will be a bit different from years past. In 2020, there will be four ad breaks (last year there were five). However commercial lengths will be longer, as the total number of ad minutes per game is unchanged. This format has been previously used for NFL playoff games, just never for the Super Bowl. Bing Ads is Now Microsoft Advertising
Microsoft announced that it is rebranding Bing Ads to Microsoft Advertising, with becoming The company also said in a blog post that its clients should expect a handful of new advertising products “that go above and beyond search” including the Microsoft Audience Network and Sponsored Products. Majority of Consumers are OK with Viewing Ads for Free Digital Video
A new study from the IAB Found that nearly 80 percent of consumers are receptive to viewing ads in order to access free content and digital video.
