In 1995, I graduated from St. Augustine’s College in Raleigh NC. One month prior to graduation I was hired as a Master Control Operator with Sinclair Broadcasting. I worked my way up in the company from Master Control to Programming and eventually landing an entry-level AE position. I stayed with Sinclair for almost 10 years leaving as a Sr Account Executive. Moved to Memphis with the FOX O&O station as a Sr Account Executive for a year, then Local Sales Manager for nine years. After leaving Memphis, I moved to the Sunshine State and accepted a position as the Local Sales Manager with WFLA the local NBC affiliate. After a couple of years in Florida, I was offered my first Director of Sales role in 2017 with Tribune Broadcasting at the FOX Station in Greensboro NC. From 2017-May 2020 I served as DOS until accepting my current role at WCNC.
